Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining.
• Formal culinary training with strong cooking technique knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section and guide junior chefs.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control.

Responsabilités
