Responsabilités

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and operations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, often at the highest level of execution.
• Contribute to menu development, including creating new dishes and specials.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for kitchen supplies.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Control food costs and minimize wastage.
• Step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
