Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Policy Administrator in Centurion to manage policy records from inception through renewals. The role requires meticulous data entry, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include processing applications and endorsements, maintaining records in databases, and assisting underwriting and claims teams. A hybrid work arrangement is offered to support flexibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Administrative or Policy Administration in insurance preferred.
• Excellent data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company database with data integrity.
• Respond to policy inquiries from clients, agents, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Generate policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other forms as required.
• Assist with reconciling policy data and premium payments.
• Support underwriting and claims teams with administrative tasks as needed.
