Job summary

Tafadzwa is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administration support to the PMO and its project portfolio, focusing on monitoring and evaluating project performance. The role ensures tracking against the baseline plan, manages PoE and dashboards, and partners with project managers.

You will develop risk management processes, compile monthly progress reports for the PMO Head, escalate issues, and build credible stakeholder relationships within the PMO and transport sectors.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Proficient in English and at least 5 African languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Project Management would be advantageous.
• Experience in developing Monitoring and Evaluation techniques, systems and processes.
• Excellent reporting and PoE management experience.
• Strong Risk Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress against the baseline project plan.
• Collate, analyse, record and archive PoEs per project.
• Ensure secure storage for PoEs.
• Develop and manage PMO Risk Management process and mitigation actions.
• Compile monthly project progress reports (dashboard) for the PMO Head.
• Escalate challenges to the PMO Head.
• Maintain stakeholder management and build relationships between PMO and the minibus taxi industry.
