Job summary

Tafadzwa seeks an Education and Transformation: Technical Project Coordinator to manage accreditation and monitoring activities for professional bodies. You will develop processes, support IT system implementation, and coordinate stakeholder engagement within the ET department.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a related project management setting, knowledge of compliance standards, and strong reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Education, or technical field related to accreditation and quality assurance).
• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or Quality Assurance certification preferred.
• Professional Accountant membership (SAIPA/ACCA/SAICA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer accreditation and monitoring processes for professional bodies.
• Develop and update business process models for ET Department.
• Manage stakeholder relationships (ET, Registry, RAs, etc.).
• Prepare and draft reports for accreditation and monitoring activities.
• Provide admin support to ET Professional Managers and assist transformation initiatives.
