The role requires 5–8 years in mature PMO or consulting, with Prince2 or PMP PMI-ACP certification and hands-on PM tools experience. Insurance sector knowledge is a plus, enabling effective risk and benefits tracking.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Management & Technical Expertise

• Manage/execute projects per PMO strategy and processframework
• Secure stakeholder understanding and buy-in
• Support the PMO Head in meeting departmental targets
• Manage project submission/approval administration andmaintain a pipeline of approved projects
• Work with BIOs, IT Ops, IT Quality, and delivery teams tobuild evaluation systems at project level
• Ensure compliance with Project Management Methodology andGovernance processes
• Manage interdependencies with other project/programmemanagers

Project Delivery

• Document and agree requirements
• Attend Project Board/Steering Committee meetings
• Participate in reviews, approvals, and gating processes
• Ensure appropriate testing (system, regression, UAT) withstakeholder sign-off

Reporting & Consolidation

• Submit project performance data for internal reporting
• Provide monthly/quarterly consolidated reports
• Report on budget vs. actual, governance matters, risks,progress, resourcing, and benefits
• Maintain project plans, minutes, and status reports
• Schedule regular feedback sessions

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Resolve conflicts with project teams/stakeholders

Risk, Governance & QA

• Ensure risk management aligns with risk registers andcontrols
• Record, monitor, and proactively managerisks/issues/dependencies

Financials & Benefits Realisation

• Monitor budgets against project plans with Hollard Insureteams
• Track benefits realisation vs. targets
• Participate in post-project reviews and lessons-learntexercises

Requirements

• Matric
• Formal PM qualification (Prince2, IPMA, PMP, or PMI-ACP)
• 5–8 years' experience in mature PMO/businessmanagement/business consulting
• Insurance experience a bonus (FAIS, Short Term Insuranceknowledge)
• Proven track record using PM tools (e.g. JIRA)
