Job summary

Tafadzwa is seeking a Senior Officer Project Delivery Management in Johannesburg, South Africa. You will coordinate projects, manage documentation and track schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires formal PM qualifications and at least four years of project experience in a structured environment. You will liaise with stakeholders, assist with budgeting and reporting, and support project governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Project Management or related qualification.
• Certification in project management methodology (Prince2/ PMBOK/ Agile) will be an added advantage.
• Relevant 4 years’ experience in project environment.
• Experience in coordinating projects in line with project management methodologies.
• Experience in project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects in line with defined standards and guidelines.
• Assess risks and challenges to project success.
• Provide administrative support and proactive project assistance.
• Set deadlines and manage work plans to meet schedules.
• Ensure timely project handovers per agreement.
• Administer the planning and scheduling of project activities.
• Track schedules and timelines.
• Monitor sourcing to align with the project schedule.
• Maintain project artefacts and documentation.
• Prepare and update project reports.
