Job summary

Xceptor is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Workflow & Rules to own and optimise the organisation's workflow and decisioning capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Customer teams to deliver scalable platform features that automate processes and reduce risk.

As a product-led practitioner, define a strategic roadmap, translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear user stories, and drive reusable workflows and rules across

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager in fintech or regulated environment.
• Experience delivering workflow or platform-related products.
• Strong PM principles and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technical discussions with engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog for Workflow & Rules platform capabilities.
• Deliver roadmap initiatives aligned to Platform strategy.
• Design usability tests and translate insights into features.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering across the product lifecycle.
• Prioritise work based on value, needs, dependencies.
• Support release planning, testing, and adoption.
