You will troubleshoot issues, develop preventive maintenance programs, lead process improvements, and collaborate with production teams and vendors on spare parts, CAPEX, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a chemical plant environment.
• Experience with CMMS and process control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations, analyze process data, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, including safety audits.
• Collaborate with production teams and external vendors to manage spare parts inventory and capital expenditure projects.
• Contribute to process improvement projects, including modifications and upgrades to plant equipment and systems.
