• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all manufacturing production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Oversee daily plant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols on the production floor.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team fostering safety, productivity and accountability.
