Job summary

Medipost Gezina seeks a Stock Replenishing and Picking Team Leader to manage replenishment and ensure stock is allocated to correct bins with FIFO. You will lead the picking team, monitor productivity, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on efficient stock management, expiry date controls, and continuous process improvement within a busy pharmaceutical environment in Pretoria.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking and replenishing stock (1–2 years).
• Extensive knowledge of the Medipost app stock division.
• Registered with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the replenishing process to align with picking workflows.
• Manage storage of received items with expiry date control.
• Monitor risks in deliveries and packing of stock.
• Apply FIFO principles and report expiry and damaged items.
• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and supervise the picking team.
• Ensure on-time processing of urgent and scheduled deliveries.
• Develop Saturday flexi rosters and manage overtime.
