Job summary

Medipost in Kawari, Gauteng, is seeking a Stock Returns Administrator within the Warehouse. You will report non-compliant deliveries, manage stock discrepancies and expired stock, and coordinate returns with suppliers according to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily functions comply with SOPs and quality management.
• Report non-compliant deliveries and expired stock.
• Maintain the Suppliers returns sheet accurately.
• Handover returned stock to suppliers on time.
• Assist with credit queries and stock investigations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Customer care teams.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock takes.
