Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Manager for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on overseeing production, ensuring GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performance team, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet targets on time and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory for efficient supply chain.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team for high performance and continuous improvement.
• Investigate deviations and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction within Klerksdorp facility.
• Ensure compliance with South African pharmaceutical regulations.
