Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. in PTA East region seeks a dynamic Professional Sales Representative to drive CNS therapy sales and promotions in pharmacies and medical facilities. You will implement sales strategies, organize promotions, and build strong client relationships to achieve company objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of pharma experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Lifesciences, Marketing, or Sales, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Lifesciences, Marketing or Sales.
• 3–5 years of pharma industry experience.
• Strong understanding of SA pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to build and expand client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Report product complaints and medical information queries as per internal processes.
• Sell, detail and promote products to targeted pharmacies and doctors in the area.
• Assist, organize and present promotional activities in pharmacies and events.
• Implement action plans per marketing/sales strategy of the company.
• Visit target clients with KAM/National Sales teams.
• Maintain a database of targeted clients for opportunities.
