Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. seeks a dynamic Professional Sales Representative (PSR) to drive CNS therapy sales within pharmacies and medical facilities in the PTA East region.

You will implement sales strategies, organise promotional activities, and build strong client relationships to achieve company goals and maximize market penetration. The role requires 3–5 years in the pharma industry, a Lifesciences/Marketing/Sales degree, and strong communication, negotiation, and budgeting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Lifesciences, Marketing or sales must be held.
• 3-5 years of Pharma Industry Experience required.
• Ability to sell, detail and promote products to pharmacies and dispensing doctors.

Aufgaben

• Report product complaints and medical information queries.
• Sell, detail and promote products to pharmacies and dispensing doctors in a designated area.
• Organise and present commercial activities in pharmacies and promotional events.
• Implement action plans aligned with marketing/sales strategy.
• Visit target clients and liaise with KAM/National Sales to leverage opportunities.
• Maintain a database of targeted clients for collaboration with KAM/National Sales.
