Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a Field Sales professional to detail and promote our portfolio to doctors and pharmacies in designated areas.

You will implement action plans, visit targeted clients with regional managers, maintain client databases, and report product information and market feedback. A life sciences degree and 3–6 years pharma experience are required, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of pharma industry experience preferred.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell, detail and promote products to doctors and pharmacies in designated areas.
• Implement actions aligned with marketing/sales strategy to achieve targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Visit targeted clients with Regional/National Sales Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain a database of all targeted clients and report product complaints or medical information queries.
• Coordinate with regional management to exploit business opportunities in designated areas.
