Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a dynamic Professional Sales Representative (PSR) to drive product sales and promotion within pharmacies and medical facilities in the PTA East region for CNS therapy.

You will implement sales strategies, organize promotional activities, and build strong client relationships to achieve company objectives. The role requires developing and executing action plans, detailing products to pharmacies and doctors, and maintaining client databases to maximize market

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Lifesciences, Marketing or sales.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Pharma Industry Experience.
• Understanding of SA Pharmaceutical Industry and health care events.
• Ability to expand business relationships and convey messages to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sell, detail and promote products to targeted pharmacies and dispensing doctors in the designated area.
• Report product complaints and medical information queries as per internal processes.
• Organise and present promotional activities within Pharmacies and promotional events.
• Implement action plans in line with the marketing/sales strategy of the company.
• Visit targeted clients and liaise with KAM/National Sales to leverage business opportunities.
• Maintain a database of targeted clients for effective relationship management.
