Dr Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader in South Africa to drive a high-performing team of Professional Sales Representatives. You will coach the team, align activities with marketing and regional goals, and engage with doctors and pharmacists to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and quarterly business reviews, with a focus on performance, territory growth, and customer relationships within the SA market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, life science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of SA private pharma sales management experience.
• Proven leadership of field sales teams and territory management.
• Excellent communication and digital skills (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Sales Representatives to meet territory targets and objectives.
• Optimize sales function across territory with coaching and regional alignment.
• Plan and execute regional/national events and CME/CDP activities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales action plans with measurable outcomes.
• Engage with General Practitioners, Specialists, and Pharmacists to drive performance.
• Maintain up-to-date database of targeted clients within the territory.
• Collaborate with KAM and National Sales Manager on opportunities.
• Build and present monthly/quarterly RSM reviews to senior leadership.
