Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer personal lines policies: new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations.
• Enter and update policy information in core systems.
• Process policy changes and endorsements ensuring documents are complete and compliant.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, brokers and internal teams about policy details and status.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, schedules and correspondence.
• Assist with renewal document generation and renewal processing.
