You will handle order processing from site requests, monitor bookings and machine downtime, and prepare weekly reports on usage and value. Strong admin and reconciliation skills are essential.

• Basic Excel (spreadsheets)

Aufgaben

• Process plant orders from site requests; it does not approve them.
• Keep extended hires up to date.
• Check daily bookings and downtime of machines and small plant; record on plant sheet.
• Report weekly on machines and equipment used per site, including estimated rand value.
• Check weekly supplier invoices against our records and flag differences.
• Update the diesel sheet and reconcile diesel usage against machines per site.
• Follow up with the workshop on orders, invoices and other admin.
