Job summary

MH Solutions in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Paid Media Lead to maximize ROAS across SEM, social and display campaigns for Retail Media clients. You will own end-to-end execution, bidding strategies, and daily management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Projects, you will mentor the team, run incrementality tests, analyze CLV and CAC, and deliver actionable insights to optimize budget allocation and portfolio efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in a paid advertising role.
• Proven experience in a large-scale, fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Certifications: Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on, end-to-end execution and daily management of paid media campaigns (SEM, Social, DV360).
• Implement advanced bidding strategies aligned to CLV/ROAS targets.
• Design sophisticated audience segmentation to target high-CLV cohorts and profitable CAC.
• Develop and run a robust incrementality testing roadmap (geo-lift, conversion lift).
• Mentor the Retail Media team on best practices, optimization and data analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics and report actionable insights on performance.
