Qualifications

• Experience managing large paid media budgets across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across SEM, social, display, and affiliates.
• Optimize budgets to meet KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Conduct CRO and A/B testing on landing pages and campaigns.
• Provide insights and reports using Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and creatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new platforms.
• Manage relationships with ad networks and vendors.
