Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team in Benoni. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and refine strategies for ROI. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, a solid understanding of PPC, social media, and programmatic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads and social media.
• Proven track record of managing paid media budgets and delivering ROI (ROI, CPA).
• Strong analytics and reporting skills using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bidding to optimize performance.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust to improve results.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to identify winning elements.
• Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI; generate performance reports.
