Labournet in South Africa seeks a Payroll Support Consultant to assist clients in implementing efficiencies in their payroll processes, providing support for day-to-day payroll queries and maintaining strong relationships. You will help improve compliance and support Labournet’s mission to simplify payroll across the country.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate system configuration, resolving issues within SLAs, and sharing knowledge with the team to enhance competence and service quality.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and client-focused service orientation.
• Qualification in payroll, tax, software implementation or HRIS consultancy.
• Experience with payroll software and compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand client payroll system setup and configuration.
• Resolve client queries on payroll products within SLA.
• Troubleshoot issues in a centralized environment and maintain client communications.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge transfer.
