We seek a Senior Payroll Support Consultant to provide software support, maintain client relationships, and drive value-add while aiming for high client retention. You will support payroll and HRIS implementations, assist clients with system use, and contribute to compliance excellence across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ experience in software advisory support within relevant software and industry.
• Experience implementing Payroll and HRIS systems is advantageous.
• Experience in full Payroll and HRIS processes within a bureau or employer environment is advantageous.
• Experience in consistently supporting a client base.
• Matric with mathematics.
• Qualification within payroll, tax, software implementation and HRIS environment would be advantageous.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Support Consultant who will be responsible to provide software support to allocated clients, in line with SLA whilst additionally maintaining relationships with clients in order to maintain a 95% retention of allocated clients. The Senior Payroll Consultant is overall responsible to ensure for value add by means of understanding of client’s business and Labournet’ s solution offerings.

You are responsible for

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention
• Implementation and set up of client requirements in line with client’s expectations
• Resolution of client queries and value add
• Submission of Annual and bi-annual EMP501’s on behalf of clients
• Upskilling of System functionalities to internal staff and external clients

Qualifications

You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• 4 years’ + experience in software advisory support within relevant software and industry
• Experience within a payroll consultingenvironment would be advantageous
• Experience in implementing a Payroll and HRIS systemwould be advantageous
• Experience in the full Payroll and HRIS business process within a bureau or current employers’ environment will be advantageous.
• Experience in consistently supporting a client base
• Matric with mathematics
• Qualification within payroll, tax, software implementation and consultation within the HRIS environment would be advantageous

Salary: R28,050 -R33,150 CTCper month (Depending on knowledge and Experience)
