Labournet is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant based in Gauteng with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead the full implementation of Labournet payroll and HRIS solutions for new clients, focusing on financial data, rules, and smooth onboarding.

The role requires 1–2 years in payroll/HRIS systems, a business or HR-related degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will collaborate across teams, ensure data migrations, and deliver high-quality client service while developing

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in business/HR field or equivalent (1–2 years) required.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hybrid working environment comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation process for new clients with focus on financial data and rules.
• Conduct client project initiation meetings and define implementation plans.
• Gather information, perform data analysis, configure systems, and run proofs of concept.
• Manage data migrations including master files, leaves, financial data and value-added applications.
• Ensure client sign-off documents processed per procedures and manage data processing.
