We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law SupportConsultant, to be based at our branch. You are responsible for onboarding, client support, and efficient appointment management, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role.
• A B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field is required.
• At least 1 year’s experience in IR within LabourNet.
• Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
• Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
• Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
• Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.
• Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire Labour Lawteam.
• Secure, develop and maintain client relationships.
