Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll processing files with accurate labeling and filing.
• Scan payroll documents and save per employee code for monthly checks.
• Prepare and process manual payroll items when batch imports aren’t possible.
• Perform quality checks on leave recons and update Premier HR movements.
• Support ESS users, respond to payroll queries, and assist HRBPs as needed.
• Assist with month-end reporting and ad hoc payroll tasks.
