Job summary

Msuez Uk is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team and support payroll processing across the organization. You will work closely with the finance and HR teams to ensure accurate, timely payments and compliant payroll operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of payroll regulations and software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, bonuses, overtime, and other related payments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all changes are updated in the payroll system.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate tracking of employee information, such as leaves, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees on a timely basis.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any issues related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to payroll and taxes.
• Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets related to payroll expenses.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
• Support the finance team with other tasks and projects as needed.
