Qualifications

• Essential Grade 12 or equivalent and computer proficiency.
• Preferred hospital or healthcare reception experience.
• Experience with SAP ISH and customer service is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Assist with admissions, collect and verify patient data in SAP.
• Handle general inquiries and provide information on services and locations.
• Maintain reception area, manage calls, and document messages accurately.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Support digitisation efforts and daily administrative tasks as required.
