Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare management or business administration.
• 5+ years in private healthcare administration or revenue cycle.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of private healthcare revenue-cycle processes and funder requirements.
• Experience with case management, credit control and debtors month-end.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; funder portals knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders across Credit Control and Case Management.
• Monitor performance, targets, escalations and revenue-cycle risks.
• Oversee debtor performance, collections, age analysis and month-end reporting.
• Ensure effective case management, authorisations and funder compliance.
• Conduct monthly tariff analysis and support tariff implementation and negotiations.
• Prepare reports and analytical insights for management decisions.
• Drive governance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support stakeholder relationships across internal teams and funders.
