The role includes supervising Team Leaders in Credit Control and Case Management, driving tariff governance, and delivering precise reporting to support management decisions. A strong background in private healthcare administration and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in private healthcare administration/revenue cycle/case management/credit control.
• 2+ years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of private healthcare revenue-cycle processes, medical schemes and funder requirements.
• Strong Excel skills (MS Office).
• Experience with funder portals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders across Credit Control and Case Management.
• Monitor operational performance, departmental targets and revenue-cycle risks.
• Oversee debtor performance, collections, age analysis and month-end reporting.
• Ensure effective case management, including authorisations and funder compliance.
• Conduct monthly tariff analysis and support tariff implementation/negotiations.
• Prepare reports and analytics to support management decisions.
• Drive governance, accountability and continuous improvement across duties.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external funders.
