Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive parts within a franchised dealership.
• Minimum 3 years in a Parts Department leadership role.
• Experience with stock control, stocktakes and inventory accuracy.
• Strong understanding of budgets, sales targets and gross profit management.
• Proficient with a Dealer Management System (DMS) such as CDK, Autoline or Kerridge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Workshop and Service departments under pressure.

• Recognised automotive parts qualification or relevant NQF certification.
• Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Previous experience within a premium automotive dealership.
• Experience developing trade and wholesale parts sales.
• Knowledge of OEM warranty procedures and audit requirements.
