Placements24 is seeking a strategic Partnership Development Manager to build and nurture vital alliances across South Africa. This fully remote role focuses on collaborations with corporations, foundations, and NGOs, identifying partners, crafting proposals, and managing ongoing relationships for mutual success.

You will lead outreach, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to align initiatives with campaigns, tracking impact and reporting progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, partnership management, or strategic alliances.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with diverse organizations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of partnership structures and benefits for all parties.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
