Job summary

Client NGO is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of strategic alliances with corporations, foundations, and other organizations. This remote-first role focuses on identifying opportunities that advance the mission and broaden impact, while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

You will craft proposals, negotiate agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on partnership outcomes in a flexible, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management, ideally in non-profit.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit landscape and CSR value.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with multiple priorities.
