Placements24 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote Partnership Development Manager to build and nurture collaborations with key organizations. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in SA while expanding our reach, especially in the Northern Cape region.

You will identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, manage ongoing relationships, and monitor impact against targets, all while communicating effectively in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in partnership development/business development or strategic alliances.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.

You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing mutually beneficial agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to achieve program objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator, an excellent communicator, and has a strong understanding of partnership frameworks within the non-profit or social impact sector. This role requires proactive engagement and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of partnership lifecycle management and legal agreements.
• Ability to work independently, manage a remote pipeline, and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with the unique landscape and challenges of the Northern Cape region is a plus.
