Job summary

Redpin, in partnership with Currencies Direct and TorFX, is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing and recently lapsed FX partners, supporting both brands to retain and improve productivity. You will liaise with partners across vertical markets, reestablish relations, and work with the Sales team to identify and grow opportunities while updating Salesforce daily.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales Account Manager with strong CRM understanding.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to customer service with a proactive mindset.
• High drive and ability to maintain high activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with existing or lapsed partners across vertical markets.
• Reestablish relations with lapsed partners and collaborate with Sales.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory with the Sales team.
• Call and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product details.
• Keep Salesforce updated with daily activity and partner information.
• Assist data-related tasks and affiliate payments administration.
• This is an in-office role with no travel initially.
