Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications via email and phone, ensuring a positive experience.
• Update and maintain candidate information within the ATS.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various online platforms.
• Organize and prepare candidate files and interview materials.
• Conduct initial candidate vetting and reference checks as required.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
