Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of catering service staff during events and functions.
• Ensure timely and efficient setup and teardown of catering areas according to event plans.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Manage on-site logistics, including coordination with kitchen staff and venue personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new service staff, ensuring familiarity with company procedures and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and stocktaking of service supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Report to the Catering Manager on event execution and team performance.
