Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on paid search (SEM/PPC) experience.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Develop ad copy and landing page strategies to improve CTR and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Manage campaign budgets to achieve target KPIs and efficient spend.
• Run A/B tests for ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with SEM trends and best practices; collaborate with marketing team.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
