Placements24 in Upington is seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to drive performance through paid search campaigns. You will plan, implement, manage, and optimize SEM strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROAS in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
2–4 years of hands-on SEM campaign management experience.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign effectiveness.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid search strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research, ad group creation, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing metrics such as clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to drive continuous improvement.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
