You’re not a media buyer. You’re a performance strategist. You know how to build profitable funnels, scale ad accounts, track attribution, and lead with data. You stay on top of trends and algorithms, and your reporting isn’t just pretty graphs — it tells stories, finds insights, and drives better decisions.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Execution
  • Build full-funnel ad strategies across Facebook/Instagram, Google (Search & YouTube), LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Conduct platform research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Craft campaigns from scratch — from concept to launch — with precise targeting and messaging
  • Allocate and manage budgets across platforms to optimize for ROAS and CPA
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and funnel teams to develop high-performing creative and landing pages
Optimization & Reporting
  • Monitor campaigns daily and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and reporting dashboards
  • Prepare clear and strategic performance reports for internal and client review
  • Analyze attribution models and assist in multi-touchpoint journey evaluation
Leadership & Growth
  • Build SOPs and playbooks for paid media operations
  • Provide strategic insight into new media opportunities
  • Potentially build and lead a team of media buyers under your direction as we scale
Requirements

✅ 3–5+ years running ads with large and small budgets across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok

✅ Strong grasp of performance metrics: CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, etc.

✅ Ability to craft strategies, not just launch ads

✅ Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

✅ Comfortable setting up and analyzing pixel and conversion tracking

✅ Must be analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented

✅ Bonus: Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or lead gen brands
