Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure precise conversion tracking with GA4/Tag Manager. Remote role supporting international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and defend conversions tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels).
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own
