Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for senior living clients. You will drive strategy, budgets, and narrative when clients ask why a decision was made, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads across multi-location accounts, optimize bidding and testing, and own the 90-day roadmaps and performance storytelling on client calls. Remote work is available for international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience in multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for senior living clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
