Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will shape the strategy, allocate budgets, run campaigns and discuss performance on client calls.

You’ll ensure accurate tracking and deliver quarterly roadmaps while driving long-term client growth. Ideal candidates have 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience across several clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain results on calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
