Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing to own paid media for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will steer budgets, bids and pacing, and shape the client narrative during calls.

Role requires 3+ years in PPC, agency experience across multiple clients, and fluent English for US-based communication. Remote work from Canada, SA or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline movement with clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term partnerships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
