Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will be the strategic voice, making calls on budgets, strategy, and performance.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and maintain robust tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. Remote work options across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
