Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for Roofing to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the client narrative, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, handle conversion tracking, and present 90-day plans with clear numbers on calls with US clients. This is a remote role with Canada/USA/South Africa clients and requires fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budgeting, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, tag manager, platform pixels).
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; articulate the story behind the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
