Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative for client conversations, acting as the strategic voice on the call.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, testing, and conversion tracking, and craft 90-day roadmaps with a data-driven storytelling approach for the client calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multi-client agency experience.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
