Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for Roofing to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will set budgets, bid strategies, and create the narrative for client calls, acting as the strategic voice in meetings.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build ROAS improvements, and present the story behind performance on 90-day roadmaps with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Roofing or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present performance stories.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
